Roasted New Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 pound new potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Toss all ingredients together, and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until tender.
