Ingredients

  • 1 pound new potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Toss all ingredients together, and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until tender.
