Very delicious and different potato salad that is easy to make. It's good hot or cold!

Great potato salad recipe. I made this for my family and we all loved it. My potatoes were done in about 20-25 minutes. Any more and they would have been mushy.

Found this in "The Best of Southern Living" cookbook and it is a huge favorite. Roasted potatoes? bacon? ranch dressing? What's not to like. It's great with anything off the grill.

Very good potato salad. Only change I would make is to not add the Ranch dressing until ingredients cooled. Unless you intend to serve it hot.

This is DELICIOUS!!! I added my garlic and onion into the potatoes about half-way through the cooking time, otherwise I believe they would have burned. Also reduced ranch dressing to 1/2 cup and it was perfect for me. Will definitely be making this again!
