Very impressive dish. Making the Romesco sauce and Olive relish ahead really does make this an easy recipe to prepare. The flavors of the sauce, relish and marinade really blend together -- independently they are 'ho-hum', but together 'wow'. Glad I heeded the advice not to increase the garlic. Next time I will rinse my olives as they were very briney. Followed the recipe, except overlooked the directions to roast the tomatoes, but the Romesco sauce still was flavorful. Definitely company worthy meal. Served this with fresh fava beans (now those are work to prepare!) and side of small shells in lemon-cream sauce & fresh parmensan. Glass of Dry Creek Fume Blanc added to the enjoyment of the meal.
