Roasted Green Beans

- 1/2 pound haricots verts, trimmed
- 1/2 pound wax beans, trimmed
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced shallots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450°. Combine haricots verts, wax beans, shallots, olive oil, and kosher salt on a foil-lined baking sheet. Roast at 450° for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
