Roasted Garlic, Poblano, and Red Pepper Guacamole with Homemade Tortilla Chips

    This is the best guacamole. Roasting the garlic and the peppers is a must. I make it at least once a week. Add jalepeno or habanero for more spice. Don't mash the avocado too much - it's much better chunkier. Cut it up instead, it will mash itself a bit while mixing.

    This is outstanding! Great twist on guacamole. Brought this to a dinner party and it got rave reviews. I rated it a 4 based on the original recipe simply because I like a little extra flavor so I added cumin, cayenne pepper and more lime. I also added another avocado in order to serve more people. Realistically, I would say this only served about 4 people...it's just that good :)
