this is a tasty and easy side dish. it is kind of tart and a little spicy. pairs well with a multitude of dishes especially south american, carribean, or mexican dishes.

I keep looking for a good veggie to pair with Mexican cuisine, but both my husband and myself agree this is not the one. I can't place what was off, it just did not have an appealing taste.

I, personally, think this is a 4-star dish, but reviews were mixed in my house. My husband thought it was ok, but a bit strong-flavored. One of my kids liked it, the other did not. It's a pretty easy recipe to make and, if you like broccolini, it's pretty tasty, too.
