Roasted Carrot and Parsnip Soup

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    So tasty. I didn't peel the carrots and it turned out fine. I also added paprika for spice and about half a cup of cream. It's great for a simple dinner (Fridays in lent!) with bread & a side salad.
