Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs brussel sprouts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Toss sprouts in a bag with oil, salt & pepper.

  3. Spread out on a cookie sheet.

  4. Roast for 35 to 40 minutes, shaking the pan every 5 to 7 minutes.
