Delicious salad, and beautiful presentation! My brother and I fixed this for our mother's 75th birthday party. The only change we made to the recipe was to roast the peppers.

This was fantastic - I will absolutely be making it again. I added crumbled bacon and sliced, grilled chicken to make it a meal!

This recipe is outstanding... I thought the red onions were a little overpowering, so the second time I made it I put less red onions and substituted sweet onions!!!! Very good, and will make it again many times!!!!

Had to sub romaine for bibb but was a tasty salad. The warm asparagus was a nice contrast to the rest of the salad. A little taste of Spring!

Having never roasted a vegetable before I was intrigued by the recipe. Wasn't too sure how it would taste but I was "craving" summer. It was delicious..so much so that I have made it three times in the last week. I took some to work and it was devoured!

Amazing! My husband isn't much for onions so I substituted fresh corn. It was so good and made the dish colorful. Will be making this one all summer
