Roasted asparagus picks up a bit of crisp texture from the oven, but gets even more of it when topped with earthy almonds. 

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°.

Step 2

Place asparagus on a baking sheet; drizzle with oil. Bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once after 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and almonds.
