Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds asparagus spears, rinsed and trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. 2. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, shaking pan often to roast asparagus evenly.
