    This turkey was excellent! Moist and full of flavor. Bravo! My husband thought I was out of my mind when I told him how I was going to prepare the turkey by lifting the skin and placing the rub under the skin. He scoffed at me and told me I was crazy ... but it was easy and worked wonders. Ha-ha!
