Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup light sour cream
  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise (such as Hellman's)
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 4 (2-ounce) French bread rolls, sliced in half horizontally
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 4 curly leaf lettuce leaves
  • 2 small ripe tomatoes, sliced

How to Make It
