    I followed the recipe for the rub exactly and it was very tasty. My husband wanted to save some of the rub to have on the side--he REALLY liked it. We will definitely make this again. Served with mashed potatoes and acorn squash with butter and maple syrup glaze. Delicious!

    I followed the recipe exactly and it was too spicy for me and my boyfriend. The flavor is very good, but a little goes a long way, and this was just too much. I would not make it again since I think more creative things could be done with beef tenderloin steak.

    This was ok. I only made this because I had all the ingredients on hand. I didn;t taste enough smokiness in the ancho chile powder.
