Yield: Makes 1 1/2 cups
- 1 1/4 cups HELLMANN'S or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons Creole mustard
- 2 teaspoons drained capers, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl; cover and chill 1 hour before serving. Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
