Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 3 green onions, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Preparation

1. Stir together all ingredients until blended. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 3 days.

Tartar Sauce: Omit mustard, garlic, and parsley. Prepare recipe as directed, stirring in 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish and 2 tsp. lemon zest.
