Yield 8 servings


  • 1 large bunch leaf lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 3 radishes, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflowerettes
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup scraped, sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • Century-Old French Dressing

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently. Add tomatoes just before serving; toss gently. Serve salad with Century- Old French Dressing.
