Excellent flavors and texture....I prefer to use chicken breasts over thighs but truly yummy!!

was VERY good.. and leftover heated up nicely a few days later... misplaced the recipe had to search for it again.. worth the effort. Can't wait to make it for guests..

This dish was delicious and I would make it again for a special occasion. I did not have fresh rosemary or marjoram so I used smaller amts of dried. Making the risotto was time consuming, but it was well worth it!!!
