Risotto Alle Vongole (Risotto with Clams)

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    Delicious! I accidently threw out the liquid that the clams steamed open in so I added a few tablespoons of fish sauce to a half a cup of water instead. I also used lemon olive oil in the end. I would make it again and I would feel comfortable serving it to guests. I served with a simple side salad.
