Rise and Shine Oatmeal
Oatmeal is a great way for both parents and baby to start the day. This whole grain has complex carbs, protein, and fiber, which help supply a steady stream of energy to the body. Using milk in place of water to make the oatmeal gives the hot cereal an extra boost of calcium. For additional flavor, sprinkle it with chopped walnuts and brown sugar.
