Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Biscuit Ring

How to Make It

  1. Melt butter in a large, heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add broth and milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Stir in chicken, olives, pimiento, salt, and pepper. Spoon creamed chicken over Biscuit Ring. Serve immediately.
