How to Make It

Step 1

Coat a Dutch oven with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add sausage, onion, and garlic; cook 3 minutes or until sausage is browned, stirring often.

Step 2

Add tomato and next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and discard bay leaves.

Step 3

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Place pasta in a large serving bowl; add sausage mixture, and toss well.
