  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 ounces rigatoni, cooked
  • 1 (4-ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
  • 8 pitted kalamata olives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper


  1. 1. Cook first 4 ingredients in hot oil in a large skillet 5 minutes, stirring often. Add remaining ingredients to skillet; stir 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Serve immediately.
