Ingredients

1 cup nonfat ricotta cheese
1/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8-ounce) tub reduced-fat cream cheese
1 (1-ounce) square semisweet chocolate, grated

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in food processor; process until well-blended.
