- 2 can(s) Evaporated Milk
- 1 2/3 cup(s) Dark Chocolate & Mint Morsels
- 1 cup(s) Water
- 3 tablespoon(s) Irish Cream Liqueur (optional)
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
- Whipped Cream
- Heat evaporated milk, morsels, and water in medium, heavy-duty saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until hot (do not boil). Remove from heat. Stir in liqueur and vanilla extract.
- Pour into mugs.
- Top with whipped cream.
