3 layers
1st layer
in a doube boiler place:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly
fold in 2 cups crushed graham cracker and 1 cup shredded coconut
Spread in the bottom of a rectangular baking sheet
Place in refrigerator to cool
2nd layer
3/4 cup melted butter
5 tbsp milk
3 tbsp instant vanilla pudding
3 cups powdered sugar
mix well
spread as second layer in rectangular baking sheet - place in FREEZER to cool
3rd layer
in a saucepan melt 1 tbsp butter and 1/4 lb chocolate
melt
spread as top layer in the rectangular dish
these can be kept at room temp, in refrigerator or frozen
