  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons strong coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make It

  1. Cream butter. Combine sugar and cocoa; gradually add to butter alternately with coffee, beating well. Add vanilla; beat until mixture is smooth.
