- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar

How to Make It
Combine flour and milk in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat; set aside.
