Ribollita with Herb Pesto

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    Too much work for a so-so product. I did use up the chard from this week's organic food coop but this really is only OK. Pesto is pretty good, but I also used 2 oz of whole grain baguette to round out the meal. Maybe an OK lunch.
