Ribeye steak with Blue cheese & Breadcrumbs

Juicy ribeye steak with crunchy breadcrumb crust and a touch of blue cheese for extra flavor

Ingredients

  • 2 piece(s) ribeye steak
  • 1/4 cup(s) bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup(s) blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. coat steaks with olive oil
  2. season with salt and pepper
  3. sear steaks 3-5 minutes each side
  4. press steaks into plate of breadcrumbs
  5. grill steaks to desired doneness
  6. add blue cheese crumbles 2 minutes before removing from grill
  7. sprinkle fresh parsley on finished steaks
  8. Serve and enjoy!
