This recipe goes with Apricot-Pineapple Sweet Ribs

  • Yield: Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup apricot nectar
  • 1 tablespoon Rib Dry Rub
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic

Preparation

1. Stir together all ingredients. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
