Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 pie crusts
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup(s) flour
  • 2 cup(s) sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoon(s) milk
  • 4 cup(s) rhubarb diced
  • 2 teaspoon(s) butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except butter and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie crust. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Bake 50-60 minutes until lightly browned.
