Ingredients
- 3 cups coarsely chopped rhubarb
- 3/4 to 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 cups sweet granola
- Sweetened whipped cream
Preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a medium bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Evenly spread mixture in an 8- by 8-in. baking dish. Scatter butter over rhubarb, then cover with granola.
- 2. Bake until rhubarb is tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
