Rhubarb Crisp (My mom's recipe)

Ingredients

  • filling
  • 6 cup(s) diced rhubarb
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) flour
  • topping
  • 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 cup(s) flour

Preparation

  1. Put rhubarb into a greased 9X13 pan. Mix eggs, sugar and flour and pour over rhubarb. Mix topping like crust and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350* for 45 min.
