Mayonnaise and Creole mustard form the base for this basic remoulade dressing.This recipe goes with Shrimp Po'boy Salad with Rémoulade Dressing.


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

How to Make It

  1. Whisk together all ingredients. Cover and chill 30 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
