- 2 cup(s) water
- 4 tablespoon(s) Salt Kosher
- 2 tablespoon(s) granulated sugar
- 5-6 clove(s) Garlic
- sprig(s) Rosemary
- slice(s) red onions
- 5 cucumber medium
- Quarter 5 medium cucumbers lengthwise. Put spears into a 2 quart jar, vertically. Combine vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Stir until salt and Sugar are dissolved. Add onion, rosemary, and garlic cloves.. Poor mixture into jar and refrigerate 24 hours.
