  • 2 cup(s) Whole bran cereal
  • 1. 1/3 cup(s) Boiling water
  • 2/3 cup(s) Oat bran
  • 11/3 cup(s) Flour
  • 1 cup(s) Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
  • 2 cup(s) buttermilk
  • 1 cup(s) Light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) Toasted walnut oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) Honey
  • 2 whole(s) eggs
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup(s) Nuts

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine first 3 ingredients
  2. 2.combine flour and next 2 ingredients stirring with whisk
  3. 3. Add buttermilk and next 4 ingredients , stir well with whisk
  4. Cover and refrig up to 1 week
  5. 4. Preheat oven to 375
  6. Bayyer in sprayed muffin ins

  7. Cook for 20 min
