1 1/2 cups Tamarind Purée
3/4 cup sugar
6 cups cold water
Mint sprigs (optional)

Preparation

Combine Tamarind Purée and sugar in a pitcher; stir. Add water; stir. Serve over ice. Garnish with mint, if desired.
