Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 shallot, minced
