Red Wine Vinaigrette

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 shallot, minced


Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Let stand 10 minutes.
