Red Wine Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Burgundy or other dry red wine
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
- Process first 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth. With blender running, add oil in a slow steady stream.
