Red Wine Vinaigrette

This recipe goes with Fried Oyster Salad

  • Yield: 1 1/3 cups

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Burgundy or other dry red wine
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Process first 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth. With blender running, add oil in a slow steady stream.
