Red Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Burgundy or other dry red wine
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Process first 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth. With blender running, add oil in a slow steady stream.
