I made these for a party last weekend and they were amazing! Everyone loved them! That being said, I do have to say that instead of the peppermint extract I used almond extract (only because we were serving peppermint cupcakes & didn't want two things that were peppermint). Next time I make them I will use the peppermint, but I loved them w/the almond. They were super moist, too! A great recipe!

There is way too much sugar in this recipe. They are a bit too sweet for my taste. If I make these again I will reduce the amount of sugar to maybe 1 1/2 cups.

I made these just as directed (except I sprayed PAM on the foil). I took them to work and they were a BIG hit. Will definitely make these again!!

These were ah-mazing and had friends say they were the best brownies ever. I liked the peppermint flavor, which was mild, but it would be great without. Definitely will make again.

Made these for 3 different occasions this holiday season. They are fantastic. Didn't modify recipe at all. Excellent! Moist and tasty!

These are quite a show stopper! I made them for a Valentines treat. They were very moist, tasty, and so colorful for Valetines.

These were easy to make and looked very pretty and festive. The peppermint flavour was really mild so if I made them again I would omit some of the vanilla extract for more peppermint.
