Red Pepper Sauce

1 (7-ounce) jar roasted sweet red peppers, drained and sliced
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise


Sauté first 3 ingredients in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes. Add vinegar and next 5 ingredients, and cook 3 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in mayonnaise.
