- 1 jar peeled mild red peppers
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Pour a jar of peeled mild red peppers and juice onto a platter and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. To add freshness, sprinkle the salad with fresh basil or cilantro leaves, then top with drained canned anchovies.
