Red Pepper Purée
Ingredients
- 2 (7-ounce) jars roasted red bell pepper, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Process bell pepper and salt in a food processor or blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover and chill, if desired.
- Note: 1 cup salsa may be substituted for puree.
