  • 1 cup couscous
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

  1. Cook couscous according to package directions. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and salt; sauté 7 minutes. Toss with couscous.
