Ingredients

  • 1 (15.8-oz.) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (12-oz.) jar roasted red bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. 1. Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
