Great recipe I did have to alter this recipe, the can of tuna ounces have changed from 6 oz. to 5 oz. It is only by 1 oz. but I added the remaining ingredients for this recipe by taste. I served it along side with a veggie tray. It is definitely is a keeper and a weekly meal in my family, we enjoy trying other ingredients with tuna and we love the taste it brings to the sandwich.

I liked the recipe because it was simple and tasty. Although I made it exactly as is, it seemed to be "missing something". It's similar to other Italian style tuna I've had, so I suspect the missing ingredient for me might be a little squeezed lemon, or a little chopped mint as in other Italian tuna recipes. It's also excellent because it's "non mayo " based so would travel well. Served it as a snack on crostini, then as a sandwich filling the next day. I would make it again and tweak it a tad as mentioned. Use kalamata olives or you'll miss the true taste of it.
