Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 cups fresh cantaloupe balls
- 2 nectarines, cut into very thin wedges (about 2 cups)
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
Preparation
- 1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Add melon balls, nectarine, and raspberries, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour.
