Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 2 cups fresh cantaloupe balls
  • 2 nectarines, cut into very thin wedges (about 2 cups)
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Add melon balls, nectarine, and raspberries, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour.
